  • Continuously improve pricing through quotation and price files.
  • Leverage the capabilities of all group sites to maximise synergy.
  • Consistently and accurately administer systems.
  • Act as an internal customer champion.
  • Assist across the department as needed.
  • Maintain a full working knowledge of your colleagues' positions.
  • Provide coverage for sickness and holidays within the department.
  • Support reception duties on a rotating basis with other team members.
  • Serve as the primary contact for select accounts during the absence of the Account Manager.
Requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.
