About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Barbour EHS as an Editorial Data Specialist. As a key member of our data migration project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our content.

Key Responsibilities
  • To test and validate new processes in Salesforce, working closely with the admin team to ensure seamless data integration.
  • To input Barbour content into the platform, including legislation updates and guidance, sourced from Excel or Word documents.
  • To identify and classify new, amending, or superseding document content for inclusion, working to a predefined schedule.
  • To review and update existing document content, ensuring currency and accuracy.
  • To develop a good understanding of Barbour content formatting, our bespoke CMS, and associated processes.
  • To work to a pre-defined service update schedule, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
Requirements
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good level of English and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Previous experience with a CMS would be beneficial.
