About the role
This role is an integral part of the data migration element of our re-platforming project and will help us to ensure that our data is migrated and managed correctly. The role will focus on the checking and validation of our content against source publisher information, helping to identify and solve issues which may arise as a part of this validation work and working on the classification of our content library.

Key Duties:
To help test the new processes in Salesforce working closely with the admin team to ensure new processes and data are feeding through correctly.
To input Barbour content to the platform. Content will comprise of legislation updates and guidance, information will be copied from Excel or Word and uploaded into the platform.
To identify new/amending/superseding document content for inclusion. Working with predefined publisher content and to a schedule regarding the frequency of content sourcing.
To identify superseding/superseded/amending/amended content and ensure the correct content is uploaded.
Develop a knowledge of information sources relevant to the Barbour service topic options.
The review of existing document content, ensuring currency and making changes as necessary.
To input information/data onto the database and amend existing data, as required. Content to be produced to the agreed format and standard.
To develop a good understanding of Barbour content formatting, a bespoke CMS and associated processes.
To work to a pre-defined service update schedule.
What you will need:
Essential

Good organisation and time management skills.
Problem identification and solving skills.
Previous experience of using a CMS would be beneficial.
