Position: Special Educational Needs Support Assistant (ARP)

Overview:
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join a nurturing educational environment focused on providing assistance to students with diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves working within an Additional Resource Provision (ARP) unit, catering to children who require tailored support in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to facilitate learning for students with various SEN.
- Provide individualized support to enhance students' academic and social development.
- Assist in the implementation of personalized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Position Details:
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday
- Long-term commitment
- Competitive daily rate based on experience

Requirements:
- Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK educational setting
- Familiarity with supporting students with SEN
