Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Farnborough. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective food and beverage strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service standards
  • Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the hotel's culinary team to develop and execute menus, promotions, and events
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
