Job Summary:

The Union Jack Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Clubs restaurant, bar, espresso bar, and conference and banqueting operations on a shift basis.
  • Lead the Food and Beverage team to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Train new joiners and ensure compliance with Food and Beverage standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver on-the-job and mandatory training as per the Clubs Training Plan.
  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues involving members and staff.
  • Motivate staff, communicate effectively, and take control of situations.
  • Assist, promote, and support the continuous development of the Clubs food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
  • Experience of working as a Senior Food and Beverage Attendant or Food and Beverage Supervisor.
  • Flexibility to work any shifts, including early, late, bank holiday, and weekend shifts.
