Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Park Plaza County Hall. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the breakfast, meeting and events, restaurant, bar, and room service departments.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
