  • Translate Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and design documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Data Migration: Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and manage the integration of Employee Central with other systems.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption, and create training materials for end-users.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in designing and implementing HR solutions with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central module.
  • Understanding of HR Processes: Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, manage client relationships, and provide training.
