SAP Employee Central Solution Architect – We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Employee Central Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for public sector clients across the UK. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, SuccessFactors technology, and public sector regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution architecture, strong understanding of HR processes and public sector-specific challenges, and proficiency in integration methods (APIs, middleware, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design and Architecture:
    • Define and manage the overall SuccessFactors Employee Central architecture for public sector implementations.
    • Develop comprehensive systems specifications that promote ease of use, integration, and performance.
  2. Implementation Leadership:
    • Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Ensure alignment with client business goals and regulatory requirements.
  3. Public Sector Expertise:
    • Utilize expertise in public sector regulations, policies, and practices to tailor SuccessFactors solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant security and data protection standards.
  4. Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Provide mentorship and support to project team members.
  6. Security and Compliance:
    • Ensure that all solutions adhere to public sector security and compliance regulations.
    • Support security vetting processes for relevant projects.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Advocate for best practice, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Participate in strategic initiatives to advance the capabilities of the SuccessFactors platform within the public sector.
