The firm is eager to strengthen its team by recruiting a seasoned Senior Architectural Technologist for a full-time, permanent position.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and Revit-savvy professional, ideally with experience in a multi-disciplinary setting, focusing on technical detailing stages, especially in residential projects ranging from bespoke designs to large-scale developments.

Essential qualifications include:

  • A degree in Architectural Technology and a commitment to achieving Chartership
  • At least 10 years of experience in the building and construction sector, both on-site and off-site
  • Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and UK building regulations
  • Capability to ensure quality in design and technical detailing
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong emphasis on Revit modeling
  • Experience delivering projects to a minimum of BIM Level 2 standards
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects, particularly through stages 3-7
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating individual design development

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of £38,000 to £42,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
