Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing factories.
  • Offer expert advice on the full range of bakery equipment, including ovens, packaging, and mixing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to effectively position the company's products in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales within the bakery, food production, or related industries, or experience as an engineer or project manager looking to transition into sales.
  • Strong understanding of food production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a national sales territory.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
