    • Stay up-to-date with relevant technical areas, developing skills and capabilities to provide more effective services and support to others.

  • Qualifications and Requirements
    • Possess a degree in a relevant STEM discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Marine Technology, Naval Engineering) or equivalent experience in the naval and commercial ship design, construction, or maintenance domain.
    • Be a professional member of a relevant engineering institution (RINA, IMarEST, IMechE).
    • Hold recognized Chartered Engineer status by the UK Engineering Council or be able to achieve this within 6 months.
