We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at UK Mission Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our private residences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
