Job Description

Job Title: Spiritual Guidance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spiritual Guidance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading Catholic and Church of England liturgical experiences, working with children in a learning environment, and developing and implementing programs that promote spiritual growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead Catholic and Church of England liturgical experiences
  • Work with children in a learning environment to develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth and development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local churches and community organizations to promote collaboration and partnerships
  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to students, staff, and parents
  • Develop and implement programs to promote Catholic and Church of England values and traditions
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum that promotes spiritual growth and development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 4 GCSE's at grade A* to C, including English and Maths or equivalent
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Relevant additional qualifications commensurate with the role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team
  • Ability to relate well to children and adults
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
