About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Packaging & Pricing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pricing and packaging team, you'll play a critical role in helping us revisit our pricing and packaging strategies across our product portfolio. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to drive pricing and packaging projects that are optimized to deliver on our value proposition and maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct primary and secondary pricing research to inform pricing and packaging strategies
  • Model financial impact of pricing and packaging hypotheses and recommendations
  • Drive pricing and packaging projects for product categories to deliver on our value proposition and maximize growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of value thinking and support the development of scalable processes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing and packaging, specifically in SaaS/PaaS for a B2B software company, scale-up, or consulting firm
  • Good understanding of SaaS pricing and packaging theory, combined with real-world implementable business outcomes
  • Experience with CRM and CPQ tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a wider quantitative domain
