About the Role:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage and lead a team of pricing professionals to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in pricing and business development, preferably in the casualty insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of pricing professionals.
