We are looking for a committed Lead Risk Management Specialist to join our team and contribute significantly to our critical national infrastructure (CNI) within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Tool Implementation and Oversight: Spearhead the deployment and continuous oversight of risk management platforms such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, Qualys, Archer, and other leading industry solutions.
  • ServiceNow Proficiency: Leverage your extensive knowledge of ServiceNow (or comparable risk management tools) to effectively manage, monitor, and alleviate risks throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with our overarching risk management strategy.
  • Risk Evaluation and Strategy Development: Execute comprehensive risk evaluations, pinpoint potential vulnerabilities, and formulate detailed risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and cybersecurity, to foster an integrated approach to risk management.
  • Reporting and Insights: Create and present in-depth risk reports and dashboards to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ongoing Enhancement: Remain informed about industry trends and emerging risks, continuously refining our risk management practices and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Experience: At least 4 years of experience in risk management, with a strong emphasis on implementing and managing tools such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, Qualys, and Archer.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience utilizing ServiceNow (or similar risk management tools) for daily risk management activities.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing complex risk scenarios and developing effective solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills, able to convey risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are highly regarded.
