We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our new development in Barnstaple. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be based on site and report to the Construction Manager. Your key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

You will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living's desirable developments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a black or white CSCS card and hold a qualification in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme. You will also have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation.

You will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and be a qualified First Aider at Work. You will be assertive and calm under pressure, able to meet numerous construction deadlines while liaising with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams.
