About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to our clients, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advice and guidance to clients on employment law, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Support clients with employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
- Assist clients with recruitment and talent management, including job descriptions, person specifications, and interview planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support clients' business objectives.
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles, including employee relations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
