We're seeking a talented Marketing Executive to drive our marketing efforts at New Generation Ski and Snowboard School. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyse market trends and guest insights to inform strategic decision-making and set clear objectives for marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Develop compelling content and messaging to engage target audiences and support marketing objectives.
- Utilise digital channels effectively to reach and convert prospects, and track campaign performance to optimise strategies accordingly.
- Create high-quality content (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media posts) to support marketing objectives and maintain the company's online presence.
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC), and utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
Your Experience:
- Proven expertise in crafting and optimising digital campaigns across various channels, including video production.
- Skilled in utilising digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, CMS, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
- Adept at managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Driven and determined professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Collaborative and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Creative thinker capable of developing innovative solutions and overcoming challenges.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Dot Digital, CRM Systems (Ideally Hubspot), and image/video editing software.
- Eager to explore and leverage AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
