Compliance Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Additional Resources. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our home care services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client care and risk assessments with senior care staff to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews, implement adjustments, and identify training needs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Duty Manager to ensure CQC compliance and contribute to inspections.
Requirements:
  • Experience in management and home care, with a strong understanding of CQC requirements and home care practices.
  • Background in mentoring and training staff, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge.
  • Strong office and IT skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check.
