What will you be doing?

We are on the lookout for skilled professionals to join our Webchat team within our expanding Vodafone network.

In this position, you will be tasked with recognizing customer requirements and determining suitable solutions for resolution, achieving commercial key performance indicators within our partner locations, and enhancing our digital footprint.

By engaging directly with customers through an online chat platform, you will gain insights into their needs, foster trust, and create a memorable personal interaction.
