About the Role

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teacher to join their team in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 classes, fostering a love of learning and promoting academic excellence.
  • Prepare engaging and interactive lessons, adhering to the national curriculum and school policies.
  • Deliver high-quality instruction, ensuring students meet their full potential and achieve academic success.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education, continuously improving teaching methods and strategies.
Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational policies.
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recent references and a current Enhanced DBS check, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Right to work in the UK, with a valid passport or other accepted documentation.
