About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Constellation Careers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Execution: Prepare and present delectable dishes that meet our menu specifications and exceed customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of all ingredients and supplies necessary to support our menu offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Take ownership of your work and promote a culture of excellence among your team members.
  • Training and Development: Support the growth and development of new team members through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness training.
  • NVQ or City & Guilds certificates in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
