About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Architect to join our team at NFU Mutual, a leading general insurance and financial services company.

As a key member of our Strategy department, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to help understand and deliver the company's strategy.

Your primary responsibility will be to align the organization with the effective delivery of strategy, providing professional business architecture and design authority services to business areas, change programs, and across the organization and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and align Target Operating Models (TOMs) with divisions and HR
  • Lead and shape critical strategic change elements by supporting the delivery of early thinking and understanding overall target state implications
  • Develop and implement frameworks to capture and share structured thinking, options, and recommendations
  • Work with multiple internal functions and projects, including business transformation and business change life cycle leadership
About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident in reviewing and understanding technical information.

You will have a consultancy style approach to your work and interactions, with the ability to prioritize and communicate what is needed and challenge back where necessary.

A Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture qualification, such as TOGAF, is desirable.
