About the Role
NFU Mutual is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Architect to join our Strategy department. As a key member of our Business Architecture team, you will play a critical role in aligning the organisation to the effective delivery of strategy.
As a Strategic Business Architect, you will be responsible for providing professional business architecture and design authority services to business areas, change programmes, and across the organisation and portfolio. This will involve shaping, prioritising, and governing change initiatives needed for the delivery of company and divisional strategies.
You will work closely with Divisions and HR to define and align Target Operating Models (TOMs) and lead and shape critical strategic change elements by supporting the delivery of early thinking, to help understand overall target state implications and drive out clarity on optimum scope and sequencing.
About You
We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, who can demonstrate a consultancy style approach to their work and interactions. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, confident in reviewing and understanding technical information, with the ability to translate and present this to a non-technical audience.
You will have experience of demonstrable Business Architecture deliverables in a large complex environment, business transformation and business change life cycle leadership, developing and working with capability models, operating models, organisational design or process re-engineering, cross divisional or departmental roadmap development, and developing, implementing & integrating frameworks to capture and share structured thinking, options and recommendations.
