Job Opportunity: Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff
  • Coordinate and coach staff to ensure effective nursing and care services are provided
  • Ensure that quality standards are continually improved and clinical outcomes are recorded and measured
  • Support and develop staff to ensure they are well-equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Share cover for on-call management rota at weekends and evenings
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience within a nursing/care home setting for older people
  • Extensive clinical knowledge and sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and passion for providing high-quality care
