Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, personal care, and household management. You will also be required to create a clear plan for the week ahead, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
