The Role

We are seeking a proactive and efficient Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in full, supporting the Supply Chain function with a variety of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Fulfillment: Manage the processing of sales orders for UK retailers and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock.
  • Retailer Liaison: Engage daily with retailers to resolve any issues related to shortages, delays, and order queries, prioritizing these to maintain smooth operations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with Third Party Logistics providers to ensure the collection and delivery of stock, addressing any problems quickly and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the business.
  • Documentation Management: Handle all necessary documentation for UK and international markets, working closely with local authorities and validating shipping details.
  • Purchase Order Management: Raise and manage purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to meet lead times for bespoke international markets.
  • Reporting: Produce simple, clear reports (often in PowerPoint) to communicate operational performance to the team.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with some exposure to a supply chain or logistics environment within the FMCG sector. Please see some key requirements below;

  • Experience with data systems, preferably SAP & Excel;
  • Passionate about the customer and improving the customer experience, good customer service skills;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others to help make decisions when issues arise, ensuring the best interests of both the client and company are met;
  • Strong team player (cross-functional collaboration);
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
