As a key member of the Inchcape team, you will play a crucial role in driving our Accelerate Strategy forward. Your expertise in controls automation will be instrumental in embedding our control framework into our core processes and systems across the Group.

Reporting to our Group Director - Reporting & Internal Control, you will be responsible for delivering our Global Internal Control Strategy and compliance program. This will involve preparing for UK Sarbanes Oxley requirements, partnering with global stakeholders to drive compliance and improvement, and enabling controls automation adoption across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal control framework
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive compliance and improvement initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of controls automation solutions
  • Ensure effective monitoring and testing of controls compliance
  • Contribute to internal control reports for key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant with experience in Global Internal Control Frameworks and Assurance projects
  • Ability to build credibility at senior levels across diverse cultures
  • Expertise in Global Controls Centers of Excellence and GRC frameworks
  • Knowledge of IFRS, UK Corporate Governance, and Sarbanes Oxley
