Main Objective of the Position:

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive and assess all incoming shipments.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to resolve delivery challenges and inventory discrepancies.
• Keep accurate records of stock shortages and manage requisition processes.
• Regularly update inventory management systems and ensure thorough lot traceability.
• Precisely select items based on production floor requirements.
• Organize the collection and shipment of goods utilizing third-party logistics software.
• Ensure the proper storage of all items under appropriate environmental conditions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Competence in various Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong and confident verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven eagerness to learn and adapt to new methodologies.
• Positive and proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.
• A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, emphasizing Mathematics and English.
