Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Football Centre Manager to join our team at Flow Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of our football centre and supervising all staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and Management: Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure the highest standard of service is provided to all customers and guests.
  2. Administration and Reporting: Ensure sound administration procedures are followed in line with the Company Operations Manual and that Company reporting procedures are followed at all times.
  3. Health and Safety: Ensure the Company Health & Safety policy is fully implemented and that all key staff are trained in first-aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
  4. Communication and Meetings: Attend weekly management meetings to ensure strong communications and chair occasional meetings with other designations of staff.
  5. Financial Management: Ensure all cash and stock reconciliation procedures within the facility are followed as dictated by Company policy.
  6. Maintenance and Logistics: Ensure that all facilities, fixtures, and fittings within the Club are maintained to a high standard internally and externally.
  7. Supply Chain Management: Co-ordinate the ordering of stock/goods and services as required to ensure the club operates smoothly and effectively.
