We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at St Martins Medical Centre.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Managing appointment scheduling efficiently using our practice management software.
- Answering phone calls effectively and responding to patient inquiries promptly.
- Maintaining patient records and confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing support for other administrative tasks as required.
Key qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a reception, administrative role or customer service.
- Proficiency in using technology and practice management software EMIS and PATCHs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and duties.
