- Understanding of approaches to combining data from different sources and the use of data tools/methods of analysis.
- Principles of testing methodologies to ensure successful implementation - manual and automated.
- Experience identifying and adding value, eliminating waste, and improving processes.
- Strong relationship building skills in managing external provider contracts.
- Demonstrable experience of change and release processes - implementing new systems or applications within a business environment.
- Effective planning skills to ensure smooth delivery of new implementations and upgrades with minimal disruption to business as usual.
- Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and approaches to security testing in systems.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes of an application or systems lifecycle.
- Ability to evaluate, appraise, cost, and consider business risks.
- Experience in training and developing staff.
- Demonstrably strong change management and influencing skills, being a role model for agile behaviours - growth, trust, collaboration, and reflection.
- Good understanding of how digital tools can be used to improve efficiency across organisations.
- Experience of working within and managing a defects management process.
