About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our team at Born Social. As a Motion Designer - Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective social-first content that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for social-first content, including motion graphics, animations, and live-action videos.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ideate and execute innovative content strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with our social media team to ensure seamless execution of content across all social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in motion design, ensuring our content remains cutting-edge and engaging.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in motion design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Advanced technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Red Giant and Cinema 4D or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
