  • Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software to create compelling animations.

  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Address feedback constructively, maintaining a solution-focused attitude and continually refining work to meet high standards.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Cinema4d, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Creative Judgment: Ability to interpret briefs and marketing strategies, translating them into compelling motion graphics solutions.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Animation and Compositing: Expertise in animation principles, video editing, and compositing techniques.
  • Storyboarding: Strong skills in developing storyboards and concepts for motion graphics.
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback to improve overall creative output.
  • Social Media: Understanding of the social landscape and how motion graphics can enhance digital engagement.
  • 3D Animation: Basic skills in 3D animation are useful but not essential.
  • Kids Content: Experience of working on kids content and knowledge of Bluey is a bonus.
