Job Title: Gut Room Operative

Job Summary:

Staffline is seeking a skilled Gut Room Operative to join our team in the Bristol area. As a Gut Room Operative, you will be responsible for cleaning and processing animal by-products, maintaining a clean working environment, and working efficiently to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and strip down offal into different animal by-product categories
* Label accurately to ensure correct products are placed in relevant containers
* Harvest, process, and distribute natural casings, meat products, and pharmaceutical products
* Maintain clean working practices to prevent slips and trips and avoid cross-contamination

Requirements:

* Strong stomach and ability to work with large quantities of manure, animal stomachs, and intestine
* Knife skills and ability to efficiently process and separate green offal to ensure high yields
* Previous experience desirable, but full training will be provided

Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of £13.70 with opportunities for overtime at £19.18 per hour
* Full-time role with a rota of 4 days on shift and 1 day off
* On-site support from Staffline, including canteen and free car parking
* PPE provided and opportunities for overtime
