This leadership role in Cybersecurity for Identity involves managing a team around the world, ensuring the protection of data and information. As a leader, you will upskill and motivate other colleagues to follow business strategy.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**
- Lead the team across Europe and India to ensure objectives are well defined and linked to team vision, mission and strategic roadmap
- Define, deploy and run the processes that ensure compliance (to policy), and manage the associated risk
- Task leadership (provide oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with the organisation's and teams related objectives, policies and procedures)
- Budget management (definition and follow-up)
- Manage stakeholders, across all levels, in Europe as well as across Airbus remote offices and affiliates

**ABOUT YOU**
- Leadership and management experience
- Agile mindset required, experience in Lean, Agile, SAFE & Scrum methodology preferred but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of working in (or with) IM / Corporate Security in a technical context
