Become a key player as the ASYE Programme Coordinator

Are you committed to empowering newly qualified Social Workers during their initial professional journey? We are seeking a proactive individual to oversee the implementation of our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) initiative. In the role of ASYE Programme Coordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping strategic approaches, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the recruitment and retention of Social Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ASYE initiative to provide guidance, constructive feedback, and developmental opportunities for newly qualified social workers.
  • Establish performance targets, monitor outcomes, and assess potential adjustments to guarantee effective programme delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and collaborators to negotiate and manage projects that align with organizational objectives and service expectations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and informational workshops to bolster expertise within the field.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with service agreements by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Appropriate professional credentials in social work.
  • Extensive post-qualification experience with a focus on social work and safeguarding practices.
  • Capability to coordinate projects and workstreams to achieve desired outcomes and quality benchmarks.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and advising team members.
  • Experience in portfolio moderation and delivering constructive feedback in accordance with professional standards.
  • Background in planning, executing, and assessing workshops.
