Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor residential care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the needs of each young person.
- Coordinate daily activities within the residential home, including meal times, recreational events, and bedtime routines.
- Serve as a primary contact for young individuals and their families, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and well-being of the young people, documenting observations and addressing any concerns with the appropriate authorities.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 or Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
Our residential facility accommodates a small group of young individuals aged 7-18, focusing on empowering them to build bright futures through skill development and personal growth opportunities.
