Position Overview:
As a Lead Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for the young people in our care.

Salary:
Competitive annual salary, inclusive of potential additional payments.

Working Hours:
Full-time, Fixed Term (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Level 3 or Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
