As one of the largest teams in the industry, we are committed to continuous growth and innovation. This is why we are seeking a talented Senior Manager with a strong information technology background to join our team and contribute to our exciting next phase.

Your Role
  • Lead engagement teams in developing claim methodologies and preparing R&D tax relief claims for submission to HMRC.
  • Provide expert advice to senior IT technical and financial client stakeholders on a range of innovation advisory services, including R&D tax credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants, and Innovation Advisory services.
  • Manage the process for preparing both the technical and financial elements of our client deliverables. This includes documenting work undertaken by clients within technically complex IT projects for submission to HMRC/Funding Organisations. Collaborate with KPMG tax/costing colleagues and client staff to ensure accurate quantification of R&D claims.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in managing R&D tax claims for technology-focused businesses.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
