Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced R&D Tax Manager/Associate Director to join our team. As an R&D Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing claim methodologies, preparing R&D tax relief claims for submission to the HMRC, and working closely with clients to understand their R&D tax needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement R&D tax claim methodologies
- Prepare and submit R&D tax relief claims to the HMRC
- Work closely with clients to understand their R&D tax needs and provide expert advice
- Review and analyze R&D tax claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with junior staff to ensure seamless delivery of R&D tax services
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of the UK's R&D tax and experience in the preparation of R&D claims
- Clear and concise writing style with experience of responding to HMRC queries
- Computer science or similar degree and previous experience in the software or IT industry
