R&D Tax Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced R&D Tax Manager to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the R&D Tax team, you will work closely with the Head of R&D and Finance Director to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of R&D tax assignments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement local initiatives to drive business growth and increase client acquisition.
- Collaborate with the R&D Tax team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on R&D tax relief and other related matters.
- Proven experience in R&D tax management, with a strong understanding of tax relief and incentives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
