Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at a nationally-renowned manufacturer. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for product development, bespoke conceptualization, and overarching designs for innovative machinery.

This is a great opportunity to increase your technical abilities, receive a clear development plan, and work within a close-knit and experienced Design / Manufacturing team.

The role involves full process of Conceptualization, Design, and Manufacture, with a focus on Industrial / Mechanical Machinery, including conveyors and handling equipment. You will work in a well-equipped Design office, Monday - Friday, with a clear investment in place.

We are looking for a Design / CAD / Draughtsperson with Manufacturing / Mechanical or Industrial background, who is commutable to Swadlincote. If you are a technical expert looking to become a go-to expert within a prevalent and highly successful industry, this role would be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative machinery solutions
  • Collaborate with the Design / Manufacturing team to ensure seamless product development
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
