About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our temporary and permanent recruitment services to local and regional businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our recruitment services to businesses via face-to-face meetings, email, and other sales channels.
  • Arrange and attend business-to-business sales meetings to present recruitment solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients and companies.
  • Manage a daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline and diary.
  • Attend regular service meetings with current clients to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in industrial recruitment, including new business development and account management.
  • Strong background in telesales or face-to-face sales, gained within the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organizations, including hiring managers, HR departments, and board-level management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
