About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer needs
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to inform business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its key trends and challenges
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
