What You'll Be Doing:
As a Risk Business Partner, you'll provide critical thinking and challenge to ensure business leaders develop and deliver strategically aligned and risk-disciplined plans. You'll work closely with a specific department as a trusted advisor, identifying and controlling risks to support good customer outcomes and strategic goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the department and its leadership team to understand and manage risks
• Provide insight and challenge to ensure business leaders develop and deliver strategically aligned and risk-disciplined plans
• Support the central Risk team in understanding and aggregating risk exposures across the Group
• Serve as a trusted advisor and critical thinking partner to ensure risks are identified, understood, and controlled appropriately
