About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Business Partner to join our team at People's Partnership. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control.
  3. Monitor and report on risk exposure, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance on risk optimization.
  4. Support the central Risk team in creating board packs and ad-hoc management information to drive business understanding.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a first- or second-line risk role, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  2. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and GRC systems.
  3. Ability to challenge and change the business, with a strong focus on delivering results.
