We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide risk insights and challenge to business leaders to ensure strategic plans are aligned with risk appetite
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement risk assessments and remediation plans
- Monitor risk exposure and provide recommendations for optimization
- Support the central Risk team in creating board packs and ad-hoc MI
- Experience in a first- or second-line risk role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills (Microsoft applications and GRC systems)
- A team player with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
