About the Role: The Safety Compliance Coordinator will be an integral part of our Group Services, providing essential support and guidance to operational teams regarding health and safety regulations and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site safety initiatives, conduct accident investigations, and drive performance enhancements.
  • Ensure all personnel are informed of their health and safety obligations.
  • Offer expert advice to employees and management on health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Assist in the development of Health & Safety Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related documentation.
  • Conduct site safety and environmental audits, maintain audit records, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Continuously identify and propose improvements in health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Prepare and present regular Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports on health and safety management systems.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards across projects and offices.
  • Provide statistical insights to management to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any incidents that occur.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project teams and office managers regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Construction diploma or equivalent qualification.
